· Overnight Shipping (Costs will vary based on destination) - Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped same business day via 1-business day overnight shipping. If placed after 1 PM PST, orders will ship by next business day.
· Orders placed before 1 PM EST: Will be shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Orders placed after 1 PM EST: Will be shipped the next business day.
· In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to the "Shipping Table" on our Shipping Policy Page.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
· For International Shipping, when your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.
· Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:
· Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (Shopmegaleto@gmail.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.
· Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customers in Jamaica Items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. Outside Jamaica within 10 Days
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Underwear and swimwear can only be return if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Items must have all tags attached.
We offer FREE RETURNS for Jamaican customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Megaleto.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return ASAP, After you have returned your item(s) to us we will then go ahead and process your return immediately. If you have not been refunded after 10 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes an item can be exchange for another within the same price of the item you are exchanging.

Please send us an email at shopmegaleto@gmail.com for those living in Jamaica or DM us on our Instagram page @shopmegaleto and we will arrange for you to return the items too us for an exchange only.

Everywhere Else
Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form), and include it in your return package. If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. Kindly note that if you neglect to include the correct Order Number on the return form and/or the correct return item(s), we will be unable to process your return. Additionally, multiple order returns must be accompanied by separate return forms for each order.
Alternatively, you may use the packing slip(s) provided with your order(s) to return; simply mark your packing slip and include the appropriate Return Reason code next to the item indicated on the packing slip.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. US citizens We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
